We appreciate your interest in volunteering at Good Samaritan Health Clinic! By volunteering, you are making a valuable difference in the lives of many. To get started, please print, complete and sign our Volunteer Application and Background Consent Form located below. This will let us know a little bit about you and allow you to give us consent to run a background check. We do ask that our non-medical volunteers commit to at least 5 hours of volunteer time since we incur the cost of each background check we request. Call us at 256-255-5964 to set up an appointment. You can also drop by the office and fill out an application.

RNs and LPNs are also needed during our daily clinic hours and to provide health screenings during outreach efforts / health fairs.
